Manages student data for 1,000+ undergraduate students in the CHC using UCI's online systems and the CHC's database.
Oversees 3 CHC advising calendars via the UCI Appointment System:
Required first-year appointments with CHC advisors and PAAs for 300+ first-year students during the fall and winter quarters.
Research and thesis appointments with the CHC grad scholars for 200+ junior and senior students year-round.
General advising appointments with CHC advisors for 1,000+ students year-round.
Certifies Campuswide Honors completion of 200+ graduating seniors with the UCI Registrar.
Verifies the academic progress of 1,000+ students quarterly by checking grades received in CHC courses and final quarter GPAs.
Sends UC entry-level writing data of 300+ incoming CHC students to UCI's 14 academic departments at UCI to prepare for the university's Student Parent Orientation Programs (SPOP).

PEER ACADEMIC ADVISOR (PAA)
Paid and trained student employees who act as student-to-student academic advisors. There are 15 PAA programs for UCI students: 13 for UCI's academic schools, 1 for students who enter as undergraduate/undeclared (UU), and 1 for the Campuswide Honors Collegium (CHC).
PAAs advise on a vast array of topics such as campus resources, requirements for a bachelor's degree, major and minor information, school-specific requirements, and research opportunities.

Created 5 training videos for CHC student staff:
2 30-minute videos on how to process student course plans.
2 15-minute videos on how to use the online platform CampusGroups to plan CHC events.
1 15-minute video on how to make updates to student records via the UCI campus system DegreeWorks.
Produced 3 student resource videos about CHC benefits and CHC course options.
Planned academic-based events for 300+ first-year students to help them succeed at UCI and in their CHC courses.
Supported the Campuswide Honors Student Council (CHSC) in planning student events through volunteering on planning committees and at events.

Planned 10+ student events focused on academic support, research guidance, connecting students with CHC faculty, and recreational activities.
Sent targeted emails to populations of 200-300 CHC students for event outreach or required advising reminders.
Regularly processed 14 student submission rosters where 300+ CHC freshmxn uploaded their required CHC course plan based on their academic school at UCI.
Began the CHC PAAs' role in meeting with 300+ CHC freshmxn through first-year advising to discuss CHC requirements, how to become involved on campus, and additional UCI plans.
Attended Campuswide Honors Student Council (CHSC) meetings to share information with ~30 council members, staff, and students on CHC events planned by the PAAs.
For our introductory video, we made a parody skit of our lives at the CHC Office, based on the US sitcom "The Office."
